Demand from customers (marine and industrial alike) for a smaller, less bulky machine was immediate. In the early 1970's the Series II machine was introduced. A large number of these machines are still in use today in a major US brewery. |
| In 1980, the first Series III machines were introduced. The Series III boasted some dramatic improvements in design and serviceablity over the Series II machines. Many of Cloud's current models including the 360, 700, 750, 180 and 363 are based in principle on the Series III design. |  |
